Aledante's sire, Tobias descends on his dam side from the breeding family 712 Ida line which recently is catching attention due to good sport/ breeding results including 2005 Holland National filly keuring a Paganini filly placing 10th overall.  Other examples of the success of this mare line are Nacorde, ridden by Andre Thiemme finishing second in show jumping at the 2006 Hamburg show, and the same combination were the winners at the 2007 Hamburg show; also in 2007, Anne van Vulpen finished third at the world show jumping championships riding Soceties; at the 2008 General keuring KWPN, Amant, out of a full sister to Nacorde, was selected for the final 60 day test for KWPN stallion approval.

The 712 family breeding line has brought very good sport horses.  All of these horses have good rear hand.  They show they are the type which will be able to compete at the highest level.
